OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (RQF)

The objective of the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies is to provide learners with a foundation to provide an entry route to UK and international university courses. It is designed to ensure that each learner is equipped with knowledge of study skills, mathematics, computing, society and culture, business and accounting, providing the knowledge and skills to adapt rapidly to change and progress with their learning.

Successful completion of the Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies provides learners with the opportunity to progress to further study or employment.

OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Business Studies (RQF)

This qualification is focused on managing communication, business organisations in a global context, people management and finance, as well as an understanding of the research skills and personal development expected of a manager. The programme allows learners to acquire knowledge and understanding in a range of topics and to develop key skills they require to work in OTHM Business Management roles.

OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management (RQF)

This qualification delivers the knowledge, understanding and skills that meet the needs of learners aspiring to roles in Business and Administrative Management in different sectors on a domestic and international platform. The qualification is the equivalent of first year bachelor’s degree in university.

OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management (RQF)

This qualification is designed for learners to enhance their understanding of management in the context of general business. The qualification provides learners a theoretical understanding of management concepts and an overview of general business about us. It will help learners to find employment with junior management prospects in general business or to continue professional or academic studies in a related area.

OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management (RQF)

The programme allows learners to acquire knowledge and understanding in a range of topics and to develop key skills they require to work in Business Management roles. The core content of this qualification is for those entering a strategic level of management with a key emphasis on developing an understanding of the research skills and personal development expected of a senior manager.

OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (RQF)

The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership programme is designed for managers who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance.

The qualification has been developed to produce graduates with skills to understand the business environment in which they operate and to align good strategic decision making to maintain their organisations competitive advantage. Successful completion of this diploma will enable learners to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy.
